The privately owned real estate and investment group Conquest marked their first foray into Burwood with their latest residential development, La Luna.

With offices in both Sydney and London, the group has seamlessly connected La Luna with its surrounding diversified neighbourhood, with the 54-apartment tower donning a brass-accented facade which gives it its distinct character.

Located in the heart of the thriving inner-west suburb, at 23 George Street, the apartments sit on the cusp of Burwood's restaurant district.

A wide variety of venues are on offer, from the fast-paced style of Burwood's own Chinatown, made up of thirty hawker-style eateries, or for a more refined experience, residents can opt for Onyx Grill which is located in Crowne Plaza Sydney Burwood.

For an afternoon sip, Skye Bar is an eight-minute stroll down Burwood Road, taking in sunsets over the Blue Mountains as well as 360 degree views of the Greater Sydney skyline.

Outdoors-y residents will also find a place within the community, with Burwood Park located just 350-metres from La Luna, offering a recreational space for everybody, with a tennis court, an outdoor chess board, and a playground.

Shopping enthusiasts won't have to look far either, with Westfield Burwood a seven-minute stroll from the steps of La Luna, boasting an array of retailers, including David Jones, Kmart, Target, Coles, Woolworths, along with an Event Cinema.

With many families calling Burwood home, a number of schools also fall within reach of La Luna, with Burwood Girls High, Burwood Public School and the Sydney School of Business and Technology all under a 10-minutes walk.

The site is located within 250-metres of Burwood Train Station, making commuting into the city, which is just 12-kilometres away, a breeze. A number of bus stops are also within proximity of La Luna's steps, while the proposed future Burwood Metro will be only a short walk away, adding additional means of transport for residents. Residents can make their way into the city via a ferry as well, with Cabarita Wharf just five-kilometres from the site.
