Villa Belza, the NSW north coast beach house designed by the French architect Franck Burgard at Angourie, has been listed for sale at $1.35 million.

With tropical privacy screen, views of Yaraguir National Park, Clarence Peak, Lake Wooloweyah and Angourie Back Beach, it comes with multiple balconies, roof deck plus lookout tower.

Villa Bliza is currently set up as a $430 a night peak season holiday rental by its vendor, the Davies family, who have owned the property since 1991.

Elders agents Mike Harvey and Sarah Harvey have the listing of the four-bedroom house currently adorned with antique French antiques.

The Pacific Street house, a three-minutes nature walk from the Spooky Beach, was initially listed in 2009 with higher price hopes.

Burgard’s office is in the Paris neighbourhood Belleville-Ménilmontant. Burgard also designs catamarans.
