Fridcorp’s latest development Beyond Hurstville in south Sydney features a number of convenient amenities, starting right at the foot of the building.

The 4,500 sqm retail precinct is anchored by Woolworths, making it an ideal home for busy people and parents searching for convenience. Not far from the development is Westfield Hurstville.

Hurstville has a pedestrian-friendly walk score of 81/100, meaning most daily tasks can be accomplished on foot, while walking trails and bike paths connect Hurstville to surrounding suburbs and parklands.

Designed in collaboration between Woods Bagot and DKO Architecture, Beyond’s sculptural architecture provides a new level of luxury at a comparatively affordable price point when compared to inner-city apartments.

Beyond’s amenities include an outdoor dining and teppanyaki grill, gardens, lobby bar and residents’ dining.

Prices start from $585,000 for a one bed, $845,000 for a two bedroom and $1,325,000 for the three bedroom apartments.

Estimated for completion in late 2021, Hurstville is just 16km from the CBD – only 19-minutes by express train from one of the two nearby stations Allawah or Hurstville. Sydney Airport is also easily accessible.

Other local leisure and eatery options include the Golden Sands, Club Central Hurstville, Allawah Hotel, Hurstville Library and the Hurstville Entertainment Centre.

The are plenty of surrounding schools for children including:

  • Giggles Early Learning Centre
  • St Mary Star of the Sea
  • St George Christian School
  • Sydney Technical High School
  • Georges River College Hurstville
  • Carlton Public School
