Investors have paid $7.1 million for an art deco block of six two-bedroom apartments in Sydney’s Bondi Beach. The property was listed for auction through Alex Hart of Hart Estate Agents with a price guide of around $5 million. The 38 Simpson Street property was bought by Peakdeed Properties No 1. It had been held by the Armstrong family for nearly six decades. There were two apartments per floor. It came with an annual income of $185,000 and the suggestion there was room for improvement.
