The $5.15 million sale of a Pyrmont apartment topped the weekly sales of apartments and townhouses across the nation. The three bedroom, three bathroom 265sqm penthouse in the Winten-built Watermark Pavillion on Point Street was designed by Arent and Pyke. It has views across the harbour towards the harbour bridge and city skyline with a north east aspect. The complex at 24-26 Point Road has resort facilities including a 25 metre lap pool and gym. "It was truly a one off opportunity for the discerning luxury buyer," said selling agent James Crow at Morton & Morton Real Estate. It last sold at $3 million in 2014. The next priciest sale was $4,565,000 for a three bedroom apartment at Freshwater through Clarke & Humel. The penthouse is in a late 1970s block of five at 69 Undercliff Road.
