Oxford Street retail building offered for sale

A retail building in Sydney's prominent high street of Oxford Street in Paddington has been offered for sale.

Constructed in 2000, the 255C Oxford Street property is a modern two-level building, comprising four ground level retail shops and first floor retail/commercial space.

The property is anchored by national retailers Country Road, which accounts for 55% of income, as well as Zomp, 2XU and Toni & Guy.

The 1,946 square metre building is situated on the southern side of Oxford Street and sits prominently within the iconic Oxford Street Paddington retail strip. It has an estimated fully leased net income of $1,200,000.
