Cedarvale, the rural lifestyle property at Jaspers Brush on the NSW south coast, has been listed for November 6 auction with $3 million plus price hopes through Adam Guthrie from Adam Guthrie Lifestyle Property.

Set on the outskirts of Berry township, the 19.5-hectare property is being sold. The Cedarvale Lane property cost $2.05 million in 2003, and Murray has since extensively renovated the three-bedroom house and added a pool to the newly landscaped grounds that come with a helipad, tennis court, lake and separate self-contained guest cottage.

The main residence has wide verandas with views across rolling green hills towards the Pacific Ocean.

The neighbouring nine-hectare property with modern house fetched $2.7 million in late 2009. On Eagles Wings, the escarpment residence, likewise has rural and ocean views from the five-bedroom residence designed by Altis Architecture seven years ago.
