NSW Origin star Nathan Peats sells Rosebery investment
Gold Coast Titan and NSW Origin star Nathan Peats has sold his Rosebery investment apartment, a fortnight after its auction.
The two bedroom apartment had been an investment for Peats since he moved from the Gold Coast from the Eels.
It sold for $915,000.
The hooker paid $595,000 for the two bedroom apartment in 2012 during his two year stint at South Sydney Rabbitohs where he started his career.
His former Souths team mate turned NG Farah Real Estate agent Beau Champion sold the unit.
The apartment near Green Square was leased at $670 a week once Peats signed with the Titans in 2014.
A sign of the Sydney rental market saw the rental drop to $650 a week when seeking a tenant a year later.
The unit features a large private tiled courtyard off the open plan living area.
In 2014 Peats left the Eels for the Gold Coast in 2014 following the much publicised salary cap breach.
His property portfolio's most recent addition was when he paid $518,000 for a three bedroom timber home in Lota outside of Brisbane last year.
He retains a three bedroom Central Coast home in Wyoming that cost $420,000 in 2015.
Peat's Titans finished 15th on the ladder this season. He will spend the off-season in rehabilition after undergoing shoulder reconstruction surgery at the end of August.
