NRL's Sam Perrett launches property development business
Sam Perrett, whose season ended last Friday night when the Bulldogs lost their NRL elimination final, has established a property investment and development company, The Perrett Group.
The 30-year-old Kiwi international buys land, constructs houses and then offers them for sale or investment, mostly around Sydney.
He's just completed an impressive four bedroom, two bathroom family home at Gledswood Hills, on a $254,000 block in the new housing estate near Camden.
There are now plans to build a display home at Campbelltown to showcase his design and construction expertise.
“People will be invited to invest in The Perrett Group,” said Sam, who has completed a carpentry apprenticeship, obtained a builder’s license and a diploma of business.
“We will purchase and develop land, then build and sell our homes. Everyone involved will benefit from our profits.”
An ambassador for the Housing Industry Association, and the NRL Trading Up program where he mentors apprentice tradies, Parrett joined the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs in 2012 from the Sydney Roosters.
The slogan for the Perrett Group is ‘Building and improving life’, a mantra Perrett seeks to apply to his personal and sporting pursuits.
