NRL official Graham Annesley lists Gold Coast home
Sydney-bound NRL official Graham Annesley and wife Erica are selling their Gold Coast home.
The sports administrator is returning as NRL boss' Todd Greenberg's right hand man as head of the NRL's elite football programs.
The couple have been living in Bundall since 2013 when Graham took over as CEO of the Gold Coast Titans.
They chopped and changed homes before paying $1,185,000 for their current home in 2015 having upgraded twice nearby.
When they bought the home it was advertised as a holiday rental home bringing in around $110,000 per annum.
The 2009-built home was constructed around a pool, with patios linking with the dining and living areas.
The heated pool is overlooked by a covered entertaining area with barbecue and TV projector and screen.
The four bedroom, four bathroom home sits on 835 sqm in the tightly held Riverina Estate enclave.
Ray White Surfers Paradise agent Robert Graham is marketing the home with a price guide of $1.45 million.
Annesley, a former leading rugby league referee, is credited with introducing the video referee system in 1996.
Having started referring at 13, Annesley refereed nearly 250 first grade matches including six finals.
He had the whistle at State of Origin and an Australia Test match level.
He held positions at DHL, TAB, McWilliams Wines and the Roads and Traffic Authority before first joining the NRL.
Annesley was made the director of football for the NRL in 1995 and was promoted to the chief operating officer in 2002.
In 2011 he contested the electorate of Miranda and was elected winning 71 percent of the vote and was subsequently appointed minister for sport and recreation in the O'Farrell government.
Two years later he resigned to become the CEO of the Gold Coast Titans.
