Notable increase in high density housing development since 2009: RBA

The latest private residential building approvals chart in the latest chart pack from the Reserve Bank of Australia shows a marked increase in higher-density housing development between 2009 and 2015.

Approvals for detached housing dipped between 2009 and 2014.
