North Ryde seeing strong unit price growth: Investar
North Ryde is the fastest locality for unit median price growth in New South Wales, according to Investar’s latest report.
The property investment firm says that the median price for North Ryde units has increased by 56%.
This is followed by Penrith and Woolooware with 50% and Nambucca Heads with 41%.
