North Road, Brighton, Victoria house sold for $4.255 million

A Brighton house has been sold for $4.225 million making it one of Melbourne’s most expensive weekend auction sale.

Located at 24 North Road, the 920 sqm property was offered for the first time in 17 years.

There is a potential to redevelop STCA with a 60 sq m right of way access via St Kilda Street along with two driveways to North Road.

It is within walking distance to Port Phillip foreshore.

It last sold in 2000 for $1.27 million.

The property was offered through Biggins & Scott agents Bill Stavrakis and Eyal Malka.
