Norfolk House, a Queen-Anne sandstone verandah villa located in the heart of Unley Park, South Australia has hit the market with $4.25 to $4.5 million hopes.

It has been offered by John and Stephanie Williams from Harcourts Williams.

Sited on a 2,448 sqm block, the circa 1990 villa at 23 Victoria Avenue has been renovated over the years.

The family accommodation comprises four queen-sized bedrooms, multiple living areas, chef's kitchen, swimming pool, and triple car garage.

The gardens have been designed by Penny Ruddock Gardens Design and feature established trees, lush park like surrounds and water fountain.

Other highlights include ENOKI designed ensuite bathroom, dressing home and study/home office, fireplaces, designer lead-light windows and doors and timber floorboards.

It was previously listed for 550 days starting in April 2014.

At first the vendors sought $4.1 million but the asking price was reduced twice to $3.5 million before being taken off market in October 2015.

Unley Park is close to vibrant King William & Unley Roads, restaurants and cafes, Heywood Park, and schools.
