The Point Piper apartment of the former swimsuit model Jodhi Meares was passed in on a $2 million vendor bid at its recent Laing+Simmons Double Bay auction.

The founder of the Tigerlily label bought the Wolseley Road apartment for $1.23 million in 2004 after her marriage to the tycoon James Packer ended.

The two-bedroom unit in the historic Danmark block comes with a $2.05 million asking price through D'Leanne Lewis of Laing+Simmons Double Bay.

It comes with separate living and dining rooms, two bathrooms and a sunroom and garden terrace.
