New residential price record in Willoughby

A new suburb record has been set in Willoughby in Sydney's north following a $5.15 million sale.

The property at 17 Ann Street, Willoughby beat the prior record of $4.225 million (sold in 2015) at 15 Ann Street, according to selling principal of Belle Property Willoughby, David Forrester.

The five bedroom, three bathroom home at number 17 sits on 961sqm of land and features an open concept floor plan, soaring ceilings, panoramic windows and seamless flow to the outdoors.
