New price tag for bridal designer Lisa Gowing's Wahroonga home
The bridal designer Lisa Gowing's Wahroonga home now has a price tag of $3.05 million.
She shares the lavishly designed Clissold Road property with her husband, Ocean Group Consulting director David Bird.
Since the 936 sqm property was bought in 2010 for $1.15 million, Gowing has transformed the five-bedroom home into a Hamptons-style residence with swimming pool.
McGrath agent Alex Mintorn continues its marketing after its unsuccessful auction campaign.
Gowing's couture gown designs have dressed celebrities including actor Deborra-Lee Furness.
Gowing, whose made-to-order and ready-to-wear gowns are known for their luxurious detailing and fabrics, opened her first showroom at Pymble in the late 1990s.
