New Metlife boss buys in Double Bay

New Metlife boss Richard Nunn has bought in Double Bay following his move from Adelaide.

Nunn, previously chief executive of the South Australia-based Statewide Super, has spent $4.1 million on a 1980s home.

The three-bedroom, full brick home is an investment for the time being, having been promptly leased at $1800 a week reflecting a 2% yield.

Nunn previously owned an apartment in Double Bay he sold for $1,525,000 in 2012.

In 2015, he offloaded a Pyrmont apartment for $3.9 million, having paid $3 million three years earlier.
