Kamimura, a luxury new build at Leura in the Blue Mountains, has hit the market.

It's been listed by online art dealer Serafin Martinez and his partner, lawyer and UNSW Sydney legal counsel Thai Loi.

The new weekender has two connected pavilions with a suspended bridge on its 1.5 hectare Winston Street parcel.

Every room offers bush views, including its three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

McGrath Wentworth Falls agents Matthew Gale and Andy Jones have a $1.48 million to $1.6 million guide.

Serafin Martinez runs Martinez Art Dealer, an online art gallery.

His Instagram advises the designer furniture and valuable artworks in Kamimura can be purchased with the house.

It's not the first Blue Mountains the couple have developed having sold an updated three bedroom Katoomba home at $680,000 last year.

They had paid $445,000 three years earlier.
