Behind the white picket fence, a single level, Neil Robertson architect designed home has been listed in Peppermint Grove in Western Australia.

Built in the classic character style, the charming cottage exterior has been maintained over the last 20 years since its construction.

The formal front garden at 2 Harvey Street was designed in the style of leading Australian landscape gardener Paul Bangay.

There are established fruit trees of mango, citrus, pomegranate and macadamia.

Set on 750 square metres, the home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms.

The charming cottage exterior belies the size and scale of the interior, the Peter Burns at Mack Hall listing agency said.
