Natalie Imbruglia sells North Bondi townhouse

Singer Natalie Imbruglia has sold her North Bondi townhouse for $1.22 million.
The Blair Street property cost for $660,000 in 2000.
The London-based Imbruglia sold the three-bedroom investment through McGrath agent Damien Steele.
It was last available for rent in late 2010 at a $900 a week asking rent.
