John Watson, one of the most powerful men in the local music industry, has listed his Randwick home.

Through the years he has managed Missy Higgins, Daniel Johns (and before that Silverchair) and Cold Chisel to name but three.

His four bedroom, three bathroom property has been listed for 7 August auction through Jason Pantzer at Phillips Pantzer Donnelly.  It last traded at $2.48 million in 2005.

The renovated two storey home is in the dress circle position opposite Centennial Park on its 745 square metre parcel of level land.

The four bedroom home was designed by architect Harry Levine showcasing its classic Federation origins.

John Watson and his wife, Belinda hope for $3.75 million.
