The Leisure & Allied Industries founder Malcolm Steinberg and wife Frances have their Mosman Park riverfront listed in Perth.

The couple have owned the property for two decades paying $2.85 million in 1996 before setting about transforming the home with walls of glass, terraces and gardens designed to enhance the river aspect.

Set on a 1475 sqm cliff-side parcel, the lower level of the five bedroom house features a billiard room, gym, sauna and pool.

It's been listed through William Porteous Properties International agent William Porteous who has a $12 million asking price.

Malcolm Steinberg founded the LAI Group in 1958 and remained the CEO until 2013 and is now non-executive chairman.
