A Mosman Park home, high on the hilltop with panoramic views over the Swan River, has been listed for sale.

It sits on 1,045 sqm on Bay View Terrace, where there hasn't been a sale since 2017.

Five houses on the street have fetched over $5 million.

Last traded for $4.6 million in 2012, the late 1920s built home has been updated and modernised in recent years.

A lift connects the two levels, running from the downstairs formal dining area to the upstairs living space.

There are two bedrooms downstairs and three upstairs. The master with walk in robe and ensuite opens to the river facing balcony with views over the masts of the Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club and Point Walter.

There's a second kitchen on the upper level.

Mack Hall agent Peter Burns has the listing.
