Mojo Australia co-founder Don Morris lists at Clareville
Advertising veteran Don Morris and wife Verity have listed Bushycroft, their luxury Clareville trophy.
The Hilltop Road home, crafted in mid-century modernist architecture, last traded for $2.35 million in 2008. It has undergone extensive renovation.
Belle Property agents Mark Griffin and Dylan Norman, who are asking $4.5 million, describe the estate as "hidden within one of the North Beaches' finest sub-tropical gardens.
It sits in nearly 3,000 sqm park-like grounds across two separate titles.
The home has two levels and four bedrooms, including a lower level studio apartment which opens to the 12.5 metre lap pool.
Morris was the former chairman of Tourism Australian and Tourism Queensland.
