Mitchell Starc gets an early buyer

Cricketers Mitchell Starc and wife, Alyssa Healy have sold their Mosman home after they bought the North Curl Curl home of Jennifer Hawkins and her husband Jake Wall.

The luxury new build at North Curl Curl home cost the 26 year old Baulkham Hills-born fast bowler a bullish $5,235,000.

Starc secured around $5.85 million for the property in Mosman which was bought for $4.55 million back in 2014. 

It had been listed for December 10 auction. 

Set at the end of the Botanic Road cul-de-sac, the five-bedroom property includes a dramatic entry with soaring ceilings.
