Australia's millionaire matchmaker Trudy Gilbert and her husband Philip have quickly sold their resort-style North Bondi home.

The couple didn't even have to wait for the first Saturday open for inspection, selling it in the early bird January market in just in 11 days.

The five bedroom, three bathroom home on a 460 sqm corner parcel features a tropical garden with gas heated pool.

Trudy, who founded Elite Introductions in 2005, paid $2.95 million for the property in 2013 when it was bought from former NSW Treasurer Eric Roozendaal.

The sale was secured by Century 21 Rose Bay's Danny Taylor and Jeff Freund, who gave a guide of $4.2 million.
