Milena Malev appointed as general manager of banking and finance solutions Australasia: CoreLogic

CoreLogic has announced the appointment of Milena Malev as the new general manager of banking and finance solutions Australasia.

Ms Malev has joined CoreLogic from ANZ where she was head of general insurance business.

In the ANZ Lenders Mortgage Insurance business Ms Malev headed up the Portfolio Strategy team leading customer segmentation strategy, pricing and the reinsurance strategy. At ANZ Wealth, she was the head of retirement solutions driving the vision and strategy for the Retirement segment.

Prior to joining ANZ, Ms Malev was a project director for the Westpac Group focusing on Basel II accreditation post the Westpac and St George merger and implemented an instant credit decision platform for Westpac’s unsecured lending.

Earlier in her career, at Veda Advantage (Equifax), she focused on data analytics and credit decisioning system design for global financial customers and credit bureaux in Europe and Australasia.

In her new role, Ms Malev will oversee all aspects of CoreLogic’s banking and finance product and solutions development with the goal of further growing the leadership footprint in Australia and New Zealand by supporting clients to address their day-to-day challenges.
