A mid-century modern style house with mountain views in Canberra's Campbell has been listed for auction.

Located at 11 Waller Crescent, the home was designed by architect Neville Ward.

It takes advantage of a bush setting close to the city centre and Lake Burley Griffin with westerly views of the Brindabellas and Black Mountain.

The property has four bedrooms, a purpose-built music room, a study, plus two decks/terraces.

There is also an extensive garden and a salt water pool styled in a native garden setting.

The property goes on auction on February 18 through Peter Blackshaw Real Estate agent Debbie Maddigan.
