The contemporary Brisbane home of architect Michael Kisluk of TVS Architects has been listed for sale.

The three level Athol Street property in Yeronga was the first home that the 30-year architectural veteran built for himself.

The modern home with book-matched marble and black ceilings has four bedrooms, a cantilevered deck and a central kitchen and living space that opens to the swimming pool.

The lower level is fully self-contained, with its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and living area.

Michael Nolan and Adam Edwards of Ray White Sherwood have the listing.

Kisluk paid $480,000 in 2015.
