The former 1980s Paddington home of INXS frontman Michael Hutchence has been relisted for sale.

It’s just the second time it has been up for grabs since Hutchence sold it in 1995, two years before his death.

Hutchence paid $105,500 in 1985, the same year INXS won seven awards at the Countdown Awards.

The 1890s semi was sold by Hutchence for $285,500.

It sold for $475,000 in 2000, the last time it traded.

The quintessential cottage with fresh all-white interiors has two bedrooms and is located on Wentworth Street.

It has been listed by Belle agent Zach Carter for auction on March 2.

It was unsuccessful when listed last year with $2 million hopes.

It is now listed with $1.7 million hopes.
