The latest listing on prestigious Lindsay Avenue, Darling Point is the home of retired car dealer Laurie Sutton.

It has currently been on market for 35 days, for sale through an expressions of interest campaign closing April 17.

Last sold in 20007 the home traded for $18.25 million.
