A rural Victorian Methodist manse has been listed for sale.

Located on two hctares acres at 39 Blackall Road in Victoria’s Batesford, the restored property offers a 21st century feel inside a piece of Geelong history.

The five bedroom, four bathroom house features marble fireplaces, hydronic heating, and an updated kitchen complete with Falcon stove, Miele dishwasher and a butler’s pantry.

Belonging to the Lutheran church, the manse had served the Geelong community for years before being restored and converted into a residence.

The property is offered by Marcus Falconer and Michael Majczyna at Hodges in Geelong.
