Melbourne's North West scores highest weekend auction clearance rate: CoreLogic

Melbourne’s North West region had the highest weekend auction clearance rate, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that 86.6% of its 82 auctions were cleared.

This is followed by Outer East with 77.8% and Inner South with 75.7%.

The South East region had the lowest auction clearance rate with only 67% cleared.

A four bedroom house at 20 College Parade, Keilor East (above) was sold for $1.21 million.

It last sold for $212,000 in 1997.

Similarly a four bedroom house at 11 David Avenue, Keilor East (below) was sold for $1.188 million.

Built in 1960 it last sold in 2012 for $648,000.
