Melbourne townhome of the week: Sonnet, Martha Cove
Olivia RoundNovember 16, 2020

Sonnet townhomes are the perfect collection of properties for downsizers and upgraders looking for a tranquil waterfront retreat, just an hour from Melbourne's CBD. The homes are situated right on the marina, with everchanging views, private swimming pools and open-plan living. Life in Martha Cove will be one of luxury and relaxation.

We caught up with Buildcap Sales and Marketing Coordinator, Tess Cirakovic, to learn more about the 14 stunning townhomes available for sale.

Urban.com.au: Which aspects of the Sonnet development are you most proud of and why?

Tess Cirakovic: Level two is a design highlight, offering an oversized master and retreat with uninterrupted views of the marina in each of our 14 luxury homes. I believe our buyers will feel the upmost privacy and sophistication in this private sanctuary.

U: If a buyer was deciding between Sonnet and a similar residential development in the area, what do you think makes Sonnet unique and the favourable option?

TC: There isn’t a comparable option like Sonnet available on this side of the Martha Cove Precinct – it is a truly unique offering to allow for waterfront property, with the option of a berth at the front, premium finishes such as Havwoods Rustic Grade Flooring & Quartz Caesarstone throughout, an internal lift, private pool and studio come as standard on many of these properties. Sonnet is the last release of waterfront town homes in Martha Cove making for a rare and exceptional find.

U: In your opinion, what are some of the best amenities on-site or nearby?

TC: Martha’s Table is a preview of the vision of what is to come in the way of a sensational array of eateries and boutique shops to create an almost ‘European’ feel of community and vibrance that will spill out onto the waterfront promenade.

U: What was the inspiration behind the design of the development?

TC: This project boasts coastal living, WallaceBrice designed these dwellings to blend into the surrounds of this coastal landscape using soft neutrals and an elegant wave-inspired façade. The interior design and inclusions were comprised with the help of more than 2 years’ worth of feedback from buyers in the area.

U: If you had to use only five words to describe Sonnet, what would they be?

TC: Serene. Exceptional. Sophisticated. Luxurious. Rare.
