Multiplex’s grand Melbourne Square precinct, designed by Cox Architecture comprise of 1,043 apartments across 54 and 69 levels of residential towers.

The first stage of Melbourne Square will deliver these two towers along with 15,000 square metres worth of retail space, dining and cafes in a European style piazza setting with a multi-level Woolworths opening to the public in late 2020. 

Melbourne Square brings hotel quality to residential living with housekeeping and a 24/7 concierge desk. Level 8 of the Podium will comprise of a pool terrace with spa, a sun terrace, gardens, a lounge and bar, sauna, yoga studio, gymnasium, multiple private dining spaces with self service kitchens, a music room, cinema and a games room with table tennis and a golf simulator.

Level 54 East Tower will consist of a premium lounge, private meeting and dining rooms and games room whilst for residents on level 54 and above are able to enjoy the Skye Club with pool, spa, gym and cabana lounges.

All of this sits above a 3,400 square metre park nestled at the bottom of the podium for Southbank residents to enjoy.
