Melbourne school catchment zones rated on property price growth

Property located within the catchment areas of Melbourne's Valkstone Public School and McKinnon Secondary College leads the price growth rate of all state schools in Melbourne, according to new research.

Domain.com.au analysed the price growth rate between property within government school catchment zones across Australia and compared sale price date against the corresponding school catchment zone.
