The Smith family who starred on the 2012 Channel Seven series, Please Marry My Boy have listed their Port Stephens district home for sale at $1.485 million.

It was the One Mile childhood home of Brendan Smith whose, mother Anne had hoped he'd find his perfect partner.

Being offered for the first time in 20 years, the five bedroom, four bedroom family home was bought in 1996 for $290,000 when Brendan was still at high school, ahead of his first job on the NSW snow fields.

The property is available through PRD Nationwide Port Stephens agents Tegan Craig and Rebecca Dean.

The rural resort style house features a billiard room, gourmet kitchen.

The grounds comes complete with inground swimming pool and heated spa and self contained separate accommodation.

Brendan met a viewer of the show and they are in a longterm relationship.
