The Surfing New South Wales chair John O'Neill and publisher Susan Boreham are selling their Maroubra home.

The five bedroom home was rebuilt in 2012 in to a mid-century modern influence.

O'Neil, who heads the digital strategy agency Komosion, has listed it through Di Jones agent Susannah Anderson.

A nearby 11 Hampson Ave, Maroubra sale last Saturday for $4.35 million where there were six registered bidders suggest strong purchasing in interest was likely at its December 10 auction.

John knows how to get a good crowd as he was involved in the ticketing success of the Sydney 2000 Olympic and Paralympic Games, then became managing director of Tourism NSW

Susan publishes Luxury Travel and Australian Art Collector magazines.

They are now looking to something smaller.
