A four-bedroom, five-bathroom house in Hunters Hill sold for $5.6 million through McGrath estate agents Tracey Dixon and Nicholas Cowdrill on July 3, 2020. 

The 39 Barons Crescent property is set in a blue ribbon address and showcases a glamorous façade. 

The luxury residence features flexible living and gathering spaces, an entertainers' terrace with barbecue area, a gas heated swimming pool and sauna, a lush landscaped garden, a home theatre room, study, and cellar.

The property was last sold for $1.3 million in 2011. 

According to Realestate.com.au, 56 other four-bedroom houses in Hunters Hill have recently been sold. A four-bedroom, three-bathroom home on Ryde Road sold for $3.1 million on June 12, 2020.
