Dr Michael Fullilove, executive director at international policy think tank the Lowy Institute, and wife, Gillian have listed Lavinia, their Randwick home.

They paid $1,185,000 for the classic Federation semi in 2007, and are now seeking to upsize locally.

Set on 290 sqm near The Spot, the Perouse Road home has a landscaped garden with level lawn. 

 

It has three bedrooms, one bathroom and a sunroom.

Fullilove writes widely on Australian foreign policy.

He has been associated with the Lowy Institute since its establishment and has previously been an adviser to Prime Minister Paul Keating.
