A Lower Plenty four bedroom house with a full size squash court on a 4061 square metre allotment has been sold off market for $3.3 million.

It was sold by Tom Kurtschenko from Jellis Craig.

It had last sold at $1.4 million in 2004.

Situated at 127 Bonds Road, the home comes with four bedrooms, formal living, formal dining, casual living, timber kitchen, rumpus with bar, home office and library. 

Other features include the gym, squash court with fully equipped home theatre, sauna and spa and four car garage.

The house has the rear access to Heidelberg Golf Club.

Lower Plenty is about 16 kilometres from Melbourne's Central Business District. 

The suburb's median house price sits at $948,000, according to CoreLogic.
