The Block ELSTERNWICK home designed Sticks and Wombat has been listed for sale, with a loss or maybe breakeven being tipped.

The five-bedroom, four-bathroom ELSTERNWICK property is set to go under the hammer on September 16 with $2.65 to $2.75 million price guidance.

The 46B Regent Street last sold for $2.65 million, plus $145,000 stamp duty and other costs.

Larrikins, Mark “Sticks” Croker and Clint “Wombat” Price were fourth place getters last October on the televised auction taking home a profit of $130,000.

Built with an extensive use of reclaimed timber, the five bedroom home was initially marketed as coming with a 'James Bond' hidden wine cabinet and a private landscaped garden with heated Container pool.

The New South Wales representatives won the hallway week and the front facade and garden week competitions during the series last October.

Noel Jones DONCASTER agents Daniel D'Assisi and David Fileccia sold the listing but have missed out on its relisting reportedly going to Michael Paproth at The Agency who advised recent comparables were:
