Longueville's Marie Christine “Kiki” Studdy, widow of the late high-profile businessman and Network Ten chairman John Studdy, secured the sale of her home yesterday at $4.3 million.

It had been listed on Dunois Street home with $4.3 million to $4.7 million expectations.

Kiki Studdy bought the four-bedroom home two years ago for $3,975,000.

The north-facing residence comes with a swimming pool.
