Liz Ellis yet to sell Surry Hills investment

Australian netball champion Liz Ellis has yet to offload her Surry Hills investment property, which was withdrawn from its recent auction.

It remains listed with $1.2 million plus hopes having been bought in 2011 for $862,500.

It was last available for rent at $795 a week in early 2013, with the rental now having edged up to sit at $825.

The two-bedroom, two storey 133 sqm Corben St, Surry Hills property has attracted more owner occupier buying interest than investor interest through agent Brenton Gadsby of Bradfield Cleary. 

It is situated on the top floor of the lowrise Corben Mills boutique block.
