Richard Stubley, director at executive search business management firm Conari Partners, and wife Kylie have sold Linnbrae, their Glebe home.
 
The 1880s Victorian Italianate residence in the prestigious Toxteth Estate cost the couple $2.35 million in 2009.
 
Set on 315 sqm, the restored and updated home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and elegant formal rooms.
