Levi Strauss managing director Paul Sweet has sold his renovated Edwardian home in Brighton for $2,575,000

Sweet extended the single level Brickwood Street home having paid $713,000 in 2001.

Behind the classic exterior lies four bedrooms and two bathrooms which had $2.2 million plus price hopes through Marshall White.

It comes with herringbone matte timber floors, Mooi lighting, honeycomb and subway tiles and plantation shutters as part of the recent makeover.
