The Copplestone Lane home in Bowral is sitting on over 4,000sqm of parklike gardens. 

It comprises mater suite with ensuite, three additional bedrooms, sleek kitchen, light filled living zones and alfresco deck. 

Other features of Lavendale include underfloor gas heating, fireplace, double lock-up garage and established gardens.

The home is situated close to Gibraltar Hotel Bowral, golf course, shops, cafes, eateries and train station.
