Last Bondi Pacific lighthouse apartment sold

A Canadian fund manager has snapped up a 236 sqm Bondi Beach apartment with a 80 sqm terrace for $8.3 million.
It was the last penthouse at the Bondi Pacific.
The penthouse or "lighthouse" apartment, unit 504 at 180-186 Campbell Street, Bondi Beach, is only a shell.
It is understood more than $2 million in fitouts will be needed by the buyer to complete it.
The 504 apartment was once part of the combined pad that Multiplex scion Andrew Roberts had planned on buying in 2014 for $21 million until he changed his mind.
