Large scale Riverina vineyard hits the market

Dunvar vineyard, a 902 hectare landholding with 608 hectares planted to Shiraz, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay is up for sale or lease.

The vineyard is in the Riverina District of New South Wales approximately seven kilometres from Darlington Point.

The property features significant water entitlements, including 1,372 megalitres General Security Water Entitlement (Murrumbidgee River), 333 megalitres Lower Murrumbidgee Deep Groundwater Licence (Zone 1) and 1,888 megalitres Lower Murrumbidgee Deep Groundwater Licence (Zone 2).

CBRE’s Col Medway and Richie Inglis are selling the property through an expressions of interest which closes Thursday 16 June at 4pm.
